Gange specialize in working with older adults. They are licensed clinical social workers. Their services include care management, assessments, advocacy for the older adult, family consultation and education, along with coordinating doctors? appointments and other medical needs. They are experienced and knowledgeable professionals who can relieve the stress of caring for your aging family members and help older adults remain independent and safe in their own homes.
