The Natural Solutions Foundation is an exempt international NGO (non-governmental organization). The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, document, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the problems facing us and threatening our health and freedom. Since its founding in 2004, the Natural Solutions Foundation has pursued a vigorous program on many fronts, including natural solutions to significant social problems involving health and wellness. We consider health and food freedom to be part of those solutions. The threats to health and food freedom are both domestic and international, as are the solutions. The Natural Solutions Foundation is dedicated to protecting your health freedom . Website contains information, resources, and calls to action. The Natural Solutions Foundation has no other goal than to support advanced healthcare and health & food freedom here in America and around the world by educating members of the US Congress, other world legislators, agencies and decision makers. We have no commercial interests and no conflict of interest in what we do. We know that alone we cannot safeguard our health freedoms. Therefore, the Natural Solutions Foundation is a ?network of networks? created to disseminate the facts, challenges and triumphs in our shared battle to protect, preserve and defend our right to make our own health choices based on what we, not the government, believe are the best choices for ourselves. The Natural Solutions Foundation was created to protect, promote and defend Advanced Healthcare and Health Freedom when Rima E. Laibow, M.D. and Major General Albert N. Stubblebine III (U.S. Army, Ret.) took stock of the dismal state of health freedom in the United States. Domestically, the U.S. faces threats such as privacy violations (HIPPA, Real ID, etc.) continuing assaults on DSHEA, witch hunts against advanced medical practitioners, stifled new medical technologies, ?practice guidelines? designed to straight jacket doctors and force them into pharmaceutical treatment of diseases and conditions that are better treated in other ways. Internationally, we face Codex Alimentarius.

What's the difference between a victim and a survivor? Victims allow themselves to be victims while survivors have the will power to say enough is enough. I chose to make the change. Four years ago I made the terrifying decision to change from being a victim to becoming a survivor. My path had been one of extreme physical and mental abuse and a complete absence of self-esteem; it was a one way road to an early grave in the local cemetery.

Friends of Yarida Association The Gambia has been formed to build and maintain a nursery school in the village of Toubakolong. Tubakolong is a village on the North Bank of the Gambia, the nearest nursery school is 5Km away and can only be reached along a dirt track road. No children under the age of 7 attend school due to the distance and dangers of the journey for children so young.  Gambia School charity - There are currently over 200 village children between the ages of 5 and 7 who are desperate to attend school. The village elders have made a piece of land available for the construction of a three classroom school. There is enough room to continue construction to include a primary school, upper school and a health centre at a later date. Sponsorship is now required to fund teachers salaries and extras like tables and blackboards. We would also like to build some toilets as the next priority and a small kitchen where the children will get a stable meal from villager donations of food. They are 6 dynamic Gambians of different professions who feel obliged to help their fellow countrymen and improve the chances for a better future mainly of the young generation. Being Fathers and Mothers themselves they experienced very close the problems of everyday life and developed some ideas which they are about to realise.

People are free to get involved with as much or as little as they like, although we do rely on the dedication and commitment of our members to keep the club running. Our club has a fairly active social calendar; we try to arrange at least 1 social event a week. These include; walks, pub nights, meals out, bowling, disc golf, weekends away, cinema nights and many more. Leamington and Warwick Rotaract is proud of its relationship with Helen Ley Care Centre. Once a month we hold a quiz for the residents and we have had them as our charity on several occasions, including in 2007-08. We help with a coffee shop at St Michael's hospital every other month. We regularly attend volunteering days at Ryton Pools Country Park which are great fun and can be quite physical. In terms of fundraising events, we have organised a number of quizzes, including several at Coventry University, we organise casino nights, help with marshalling at local events, do tin shakes and hold an annual ball usually in May time.
